1. About AccaAmici

AccaAmici is a football stats and predictions app for UK users aged 18 and over. It provides Premier League insights, predictions, and affiliate offers from licensed bookmakers. The app and website are free to use, with revenue earned only through affiliate links.

2. What We Collect and Why

a. Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

Anonymous usage data such as:

• Screens and features viewed
• Buttons tapped (e.g. affiliate link clicks)
• Device type, iOS version, and app version

This helps us understand how the app is used and improve performance. No personal identifiers (name, email, location, payment info) are collected or stored.

b. Crash Data (Firebase Crashlytics)

Anonymous crash and performance reports help us fix issues. Reports include device model, OS version, and technical logs—no personal data.

c. Remote Config (Firebase Remote Config)

Allows us to remotely update settings and offers. No user data is sent.

d. Affiliate Link Events

When you tap an affiliate button, we log an anonymous event (brand + page location). This helps measure engagement but does not track you across websites or share data with partners.

e. Local Data (on your device only)

Stored via iOS UserDefaults:

• Age confirmation (18+)
• Bet slip selections
• Odds format preference
• Seen tips flags
• Cached fixtures and stats

Deleting the app removes all local data.

f. Website Analytics / Cookies

The website does not use tracking cookies or third-party scripts. Only basic anonymous traffic data is logged by Firebase Hosting (e.g. error rates).

g. Football Data Sources

Match fixtures, statistics, and odds come from:

• API-Football (third-party sports data provider)
• Our own Firebase-hosted data files

All data is public and not linked to you personally. Cached locally for offline use and performance.

h. App Tracking Transparency / No Cross-App Tracking

We do not use Apple's IDFA (advertising identifier) or track you across other companies' apps or websites. App Tracking Transparency is disabled (allow_idfa = false).

3. What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or contact info
• Payment details or betting transactions
• Location data or GPS
• Advertising IDs (IDFA)
• Social media logins
• Cloud profiles or user accounts
• Photos, contacts, microphone, or camera data

4. Affiliate Links and External Sites

Some links are affiliate links to licensed UK bookmakers. If you sign up or bet via one of these links, we may earn a commission. Links open externally in Safari or Chrome—never inside the app. Each partner has its own privacy policy and terms.

AccaAmici does not track you across apps or websites, and we receive no browsing data from partners.

5. Social Sharing Feature

You can create shareable images for fixtures, bet slips, and "Tj's Tip." Images are generated locally on your device using public football data. No personal or tracking data is included.

Each image includes compliance text: "18+ | BeGambleAware | Play Responsibly" and "Odds shown are not live."

Images are shared via the iOS native share sheet. We do not track where you share or with whom. Once shared, the recipient platform's privacy policy applies (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram, Messages).

6. How We Use Data

Anonymous data is used to:

• Operate and improve the app and website
• Detect and fix technical issues
• Measure feature use and affiliate performance
• Maintain security and stability

The app downloads fixture and offer data from Firebase Hosting to stay current. This network activity contains no personal identifiers.

Legal basis under UK GDPR: Legitimate Interests (analytics and diagnostics).

7. Data Retention

Analytics and crash data are kept only as long as needed for analysis. Local data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear storage. We do not store personal data on our servers.

8. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell or rent data.

Trusted providers process limited technical data under UK GDPR-compliant agreements:

• Google (Firebase Services) – Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Hosting
• Processed per Google's Firebase Terms
• Location: Global infrastructure, governed by UK GDPR
• Purpose: Technical analytics and app functionality only

Industry-standard encryption and restricted access are used to protect data.

9. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

You may have rights to access, erase, or object to processing. Since no personal data is collected, these rarely apply.

10. Age Requirement

AccaAmici is for UK users aged 18 and over only.

The app includes an age-confirmation screen shown on first launch, which asks "Are you 18 or older?" Your confirmation is stored locally on your device only and is not verified against ID.

Please do not use AccaAmici if you are under 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or technical changes. The "Last updated" date will always show the current version. Material changes will be announced in-app and on the website.
