1. About AccaAmici

AccaAmici is a free Premier League predictions and stats website, operated as a personal hobby project by Thomas John Manzoni under the name AccaAmici.

These terms explain how you may use accaamici.com.

We provide football information, predictions, an acca builder and links to bookmakers. We do not accept stakes, hold betting funds, submit bets or pay winnings. Any bet you place is directly with the bookmaker.

2. Age & Responsible Use

AccaAmici is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Please do not use the website if you are under 18.

Our content focuses on the Premier League and UK bookmaker offers. Access to the website does not mean a bookmaker’s services or offers are available or lawful where you live.

Check local requirements and the bookmaker’s eligibility rules before using its services.

Predictions are never guarantees. Gambling can result in losing your entire stake. Do not treat our tips as a way to earn a reliable income or recover losses.

3. Predictions & Football Data

Our predictions are estimates based on football data, including form, goals and previous results. Displayed percentages do not guarantee an outcome or represent a verified prediction-accuracy record.

Predictions may change before kickoff as information updates. Predictions and supporting stats are frozen at kickoff.

We aim to provide accurate information, but data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Please report any problems to info@accaamici.com.

The Recent Wins page highlights successful predictions. It is not our complete prediction record, and past results do not guarantee future success.

4. Odds & Your Bet Slip

Odds update daily and are not live. After kickoff, previously saved odds may remain displayed.

The acca builder is an information tool. Adding selections does not place a bet or reserve the displayed odds.

Potential returns are illustrations based on your entered stake and the available odds. They do not guarantee that a bookmaker will accept those selections or offer those odds.

Missing odds are shown as Pending. Combined odds and potential returns exclude pending selections and are therefore incomplete.

Always check the bookmaker’s accepted selections, odds, settlement rules and final bet details before placing a bet.

5. Bookmaker Offers & Affiliate Links

Welcome offers are subject to the bookmaker’s eligibility rules, qualifying requirements and full terms. Offers can change or expire.

You are responsible for deciding whether to place a bet. We do not promise winnings or reimbursement of losses because a prediction was incorrect.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
